Filmguard Terms and Conditions
Polyguard Commercial Sleeving is premium archival
polypropylene film sleeving, that is designed and packaged in bulk for the commercial
photographic industry.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in US Dollars by: Prepayment, COD, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, Letter of Credit, Bank Wire Transfer, or Net 30 on with approved credit.
A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) will be added to the unpaid balance of all accounts
not paid by the 30th day of the month following date of billing.
Domestic Freight
F.O.B. Holyoke, Massachusetts U.S.A. Freight charges will be invoiced or
collected upon delivery.
International Freight
F.O.B. Holyoke, Massachusetts U.S.A.
Returns
Please check your shipment for accuracy upon receipt. Orders will not be
accepted for return after 30 days. Stock items ordered incorrectly may be returned within
30 days if product is in resalable condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return authorization must be obtained before shipping or the merchandise will not be
accepted.
Shipping Liability
All items are carefully packed for shipment. Liability ceases when the
shipping transportation agent accepts shipment. In the case of visual damage or loss,
notation must be made on the freight bill at the time of delivery, immediately followed by
a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent.
